What is Chico Password Station?

Chico Password Station is a Web page that allows CSU, Chico faculty and staff to manage most of their campus accounts from one central location. Using a series of user-specified security questions for identity verification, this self-service tool enables 24/7 Web access to reset your password and unlock your account, even if you forget your old password. When a password is changed using Chico Password Station, both your Exchange and Wildcat passwords are synchronized, so you only need to remember one password for most on-campus systems including:

• Exchange E-mail
• Chico Domain Login
• Portal
• VPN
• Wildcat Wireless
• Wildcat Dial-up
• WebCT
• EZ Proxy
• Purchasing Web Site
• PeopleSoft (CMS Financials)

PeopleSoft / HRSA, Ad Astra and Brio use seperate passwords and will not be affected.

To use Chico Password Station enter your Exchange User ID above and click on the continue button. If you are new to Chico Password Station you will be walked through the enrollment process.

Your Exchange User ID is the first part of your e-mail address (before the @ symbol). Example: if your email address is eknievel@csuchico.edu, your User ID would be eknievel.
