Chico Password Station

Forgot Password

1. If you haven't already, enroll in Chico Password Station.
2. Go to Chico Password Station.



3. Enter you username in the User ID field and click on the continue button.



4. Click on the forgot password button.
5. Answer each of the three questions, click on continue after filling out each Answer field.



6. Enter you new password in the New Password and Confirm fields. Click on the continue button.



7. Your password has been reset. Click on the continue button.
